We visit your property to look at the area, take measurements and understand what you want to achieve. We assess the existing surface, access, levels and drainage before discussing the most suitable options with you.
Choosing the Right Grass
We don't believe that one artificial grass suits every garden. We consider how the area will be used, the location, appearance, comfort and practical requirements before recommending the most appropriate product.
Ground Preparation
This is one of the most important parts of the installation. Where preparation is required, we remove unsuitable material, establish the correct levels, install and compact the appropriate base and deal with drainage and edging. If we're installing onto an existing terrace or other suitable hard surface, the preparation is different — and in many cases the existing surface can remain in place.
Grass Installation
Once the base is ready, the grass is carefully positioned and cut to fit the area. We pay particular attention to joins, edges, curves, corners and finishing details, because these are the areas where poor installation is most noticeable.
Quality Inspection
Before we consider the installation complete, we check the finished area carefully. We look at the joins, edges, levels, fibre direction and overall finish to make sure everything has been completed properly.
Handover
We complete the final brushing and clean-up, then walk you through the finished installation and explain how to look after your new artificial grass. You can ask any questions before we leave, and you'll know exactly what to expect from the finished lawn.

Why Ground Preparation Matters
The finished artificial lawn is only as good as the surface beneath it. A poorly prepared or unstable base can lead to uneven areas, movement, drainage problems and other issues later on. We assess the existing ground and prepare it according to the requirements of the installation. That can include establishing levels, preparing and compacting the base, dealing with drainage and creating secure edges.
Good preparation gives the grass the stable foundation it needs and is an essential part of a properly installed artificial lawn.
